"Extremely disappointed in my claims experience with state farm and this agency in particular. Ted was the rep who signed up my policy and worked great in the beginning to help me navigate the claims process, but as we moved further into the claim multiple inconsistencies in items stated by "Cody" at this office resulted in significant financial turmoil during the repair process. State Farm may be a decent insurance company, but I recommend using a different broker, as when you actually need them, State Farm doesn't appear to be there."

For me, the pricing ended up about the same as my current provider, but the quality of coverage was a lot better, I was able to get an additional umbrella policy added on to my existing coverage for the exact same price I was paying to my current provider.
